DISPATCH VISITS

  • Preferred Pricing: onsite labor rates & trip charges will apply for customers with a current Controls Remote Support Agreement

  • Standard Pricing: onsite labor rates & trip charges will apply for customers without an Agreement

  • Available M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm

  • Emergency service available

  • Four (4) hour minimum for onsite visits

  • Trip Charge will apply

  • Drive time port to port will be billed at the hourly rates

  • Please Note: Onsite visits, trip charges, and material are not included in the Controls Remote Support packages and will be billed separately at the preferred rates.
