DISPATCH VISITS

• Preferred Pricing: Preferred onsite labor rates & trip charges will apply for customers with a current Controls Service Agreement

• Standard Pricing: Standard onsite labor rates & trip charges will apply for customers without a Controls Service Agreement

• Available Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

• Emergency service available

• Four (4) hour minimum for onsite visits

• Trip Charge will apply

• Drive time port to port will be billed at the hourly rates

• Please Note: Onsite visits, trip charges, and material are not included in the Controls Remote Support packages and will be billed separately at the preferred rates.
